Construction Update: May 21, 2015

With the wood framing completed, crews have been busy installing windows at Phoenix Commons (Pic. 1). In addition to their excellent soundproofing rating, the windows are large and operable, allowing community members to let in lots of light and get cross ventilation! (Pic. 2). From deep within the inner courtyard, Phoenix Commons opens up to some beautiful views of the Oakland hills (Pic. 3).
